Common fault and eliminating methods!
10.1 No-load running welding voltage fluctuation, idling current too big:
Welding line of transformer core packages short circuit or malfunction, Solutions: to repair welding transformer.
Welding transformer phase error, Solutions: to wiring.
Since the coupling line transformer core packages short circuit or malfunction, Solutions: to repair welding transformer.
10.2 When there is no fixed frame, send into:
No hydraulic pump output, Solutions: check the oil pump.
Proportional valves damage, Solutions: changing proportional valve.
10.3 Welding start button invalid:
The position error; panel Solutions: check button switch position.
10.4 The oil pump motor can't start:
Check whether KM1 contactor, if there is a line fault or motor damage, Solutions: to replace the oil pump motor 22Kw (,) or replace the oil pump motor connection.
No work, PLC Solutions: check the power supply is normal PLC, if not normal, check the power supply system.
If the power supply is normal PLC, please check the PLC output contacts, eliminate causes damage output contacts.
Relay board failure, Corresponding solutions: check whether the indicator light, if not the biggest, therefore, may change for the relay JQX13 (10) -- relays.
10.5 A computer can't start shrinking:
Check whether the power supply voltage, if not correct, check the power supply system, If the power supply is normal, please contact with the manufacturer or research company offices throughout the country.
